Ibintu 4 bidasanzwe ugomba kwitondera igihe unywa imiti
    
     
Iyo dufata imiti ,hari ibintu dusanzwe tumenyereye ko twakagombye kwitondera harimo nko gufata icyo kurya cyangwa kutagifata mbere yo kuyinywa,nyamara hari n’ibindi bikomeye abantu batabasha kwitaho kandi bishobora gushyira ubuzima bwabo mukaga ndetse harimo n’urupfu.
1.Koga amazi ashyushye mbere yo gufata imiti
